    Day 1: Arrival in Ayodhya – Explore Ayodhya

    • Arrive in Ayodhya (via train or flight). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in and freshen up.

  • Late Morning:

    Day 2: Ayodhya – Chitrakoot

    • After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Chitrakoot (approx. 4-5 hours), a sacred town closely associated with Lord Rama’s exile.
    • Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax.
  • Afternoon:
    • Visit Ram Ghat, located on the banks of the river Mandakini, where Lord Rama is believed to have bathed during his time in exile. You can enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the river, surrounded by the serene beauty of Chitrakoot.
    • Explore Kamadgiri Hill, considered a divine place by Lord Rama, where it is believed that he meditated. You can take a walk around the hill or visit the Kamadgiri Temple located at the base.
  • Evening:
    • Visit Bharat Milap Temple, dedicated to the reunion of Lord Rama and his brother Bharat, who came to Chitrakoot to persuade Lord Rama to return to Ayodhya.
    • Attend the Aarti at Ram Ghat, a mesmerizing spiritual experience with devotional songs and prayers.
  • Night:
    Return to your hotel and enjoy dinner
  • Overnight:
    Stay in Chitrakoot.

    Day 3: Chitrakoot – Maihar

  • Morning:
    • After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Chitrakoot and drive to Maihar (approx. 3 hours), a town known for its revered Maihar Devi Temple dedicated to Goddess Sharda.
    • Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up.
  • Late Morning:
    Visit Maihar Devi Temple, which is located on a hilltop and requires a trek or cable car ride to reach. The temple offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the sacred Sharda River. This is one of the most significant pilgrimage sites for devotees of Goddess Sharda.

    • Visit Chaturbhuja Temple, another historical temple in Maihar dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This temple is located on a hill and offers a serene atmosphere for meditation.

    Day 4: Maihar – Departure

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel and head back to Jabalpur or Satna (nearest city with airport/railway station) for your onward journey.
  • Late Morning:
    Depending on your departure time, you can take a short trip to visit the Chitrakoot Waterfalls (optional), one of the most scenic places in the region, or visit any local spots that may interest you.
  • Afternoon:
    Transfer to the railway station or airport for your onward journey.
